Climate control works perfectly except fan settings 1 and 2 do absolutely nothing. 3 and 4 work fine - 1/2 is nothing. I can turn the AC on (doesn't turn on on 0, obviously) and it'll work on 1/2 but it won't blow - it only blows on 3 and 4.

Everything else on the module works, is this a climate control issue, or a blower motor issue? I remember reading something about how 1/2 are paired and 3/4 are paired (fan speeds) but I don't remember where I read it or what it had anything to do with.

PS:
Is the power mirror switch held on from the switch side or the dash side? 'Cause mine won't stay in and I'm not sure if I need a new switch or a new dash panel because I don't know which side the clips are on

Blower motor resistor is shot, happens to a lot of chryslers. That would be the first thing I suggest because it still works on other positions.

The fan speed a varied by switching an inline resistor to vary the blower motor speed, the lower positions have the most resistance, and are usually the first ones to go out, remember this if your blower only works on high speed only as well, as the resistor is bypassed completely, because the entire resistor is shot.

i dont know about your blower problem but i think for the mirror switch there is supposed to be a clip on the bottom of it, take that panel off and check it out, hope i helped in any way possible.

It's behind the glove box (you'll have to remove the g.b. to get at it). Looks like this:

Clip on the bottom of the switch? Or is it on the dash panel? It doesn't work anyway, but I suspect it's because the door harness isn't connected properly as the power door locks don't work either.

EDIT:
But then again, the electric windows work fine...Hrm...
