Default Clickng noise, which bushings could this be?

I have a clicking noise which sounds like a metalic pop comming from the drivers side wheel area or just behind it.

The click happens when the throttle is let off, in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear shifts, and sometimes tapping the throttle on and off will make it click as well.

I also notice it happening much more often when the wheels are turned when going around a corner, usually lefts.

The EG hatch has new motor mounts, new axles, new upper and lower ball joints, and new tie rod ends, none of these fixxed the problem.

So I have narrowed it down to bad bushings,

I think it could either be the steering rack bushings, or the front lower control arm bushing that connects the arm to the floor of the chassis.

Speaking of that rear (fron) lower control arm bushing, how would I go about replacing it.

Any tips?

That click really sounds like an axel. Perhaps its defective? The rear lower control arm bushings are kindof a pain to change. For a little extra you can get some nice forged lower control arms. They looka soo nice.

Its not the axles, they are brand new and the noise was there before and after they were replaced, and the lugnuts arent loose.

Ok maybe its the front lower control arm bushings just rotted out and are now having a party with your lower control arm.

I did them once on a crx but i cant totally remember so i dont want to steer you (no pun intended) in the wrong direction. For the most part you can do most of them by either pressing them out or melting them out ala torch. The big rear trailing arm ones are a bitch tho.
