Default Clicking sound durring hard acceleration around 3000 rpm and beyond HELP!!

i didnt knowtice this problem when i first bought my car, but now that i been accostomed to it, i knowtice a clicking noise everytime i accelerate. durring idle it sounds normal. as you accelerate the clicking noise becomes more and more knowticeable. i guess my question is, could it be my headers leaking, exhaust flange was replaced. im thinking it might be my crank bearrings. anybody ran into this problem before? i also knowtice a loss in HP as well because of this clicking. Help out a poor guy who dont know much tech stuff... at least not yet gradually learnin.
