Clicking noise/Valve Spring ?

Clicking noise/Valve Spring ?
What's up guys. So the other day I start my car and hear a somewhat loud clicking/knocking noise. I assume it's my O2 sensor that fell out of the check pipe, but later come to find it's coming from my engine, the head to be more exact 
Well I have my honda guru friend take a look at it and he says that it's not loose valves, and that I probably need new valve springs. Now here comes the ? Does anyone know if B-16 valve springs will fit a GSR head? Also since I just may replace them all, can anyone tell me what would be a good performance valve spring set to use?
