Clicking noise in my engine? suggestions?

Clicking noise in my engine? suggestions?
My car has been making this clicking noise for the past few months (possibly a year). It happens mostly when the engine is cold, and it happens when I push the throttle in past 75% at low rpms (bog the engine). Now I've searched and have came up with nothing. I had a crack in my exhaust manifold and had that replaced yesterday and this morning my car started doing its clicking thing again. Im 99% sure its not my axles, I've had cars with bad axles before and know what that sounds like. Any suggestions???

def sounds like rod nock... i had it on my stock motor...
it started off as a nocking mainly when it's cold, but eventually it began knocking more and more... eventually i went with a b18c
