Clicking noise 400 miles after new clutch

Clicking noise 400 miles after new clutch
After installing a new exedy stage 1 i took it easy for the first 400 miles. yesterday i beat on it for the first time. just 2 pulls 1-2-3. As i get back to my house i knowtice theres a clicking noise while depressing the clutch and i can feel the clicks in the pedle. Whad did i **** up?

when you say pulls, what are you running for a car, mods, turbo???
did you change the release bearing when you changed the clutch?
if so was it replaced with an oem bearing or aftermarket bearing?
did you lube the shaft and bearing when you put it back together?
did you readjust the clutch pedal to reflect your new clutch?
proper free play at the pedal when not engaged?
did you disconnect the slave cylinder when you pulled the clutch off?
did you rebleed the clutch after you were done?
we can help you, if you help us

Motor is a d15b.
Yes, release bearing was changed when the clutch went in with the unit suplied with the exedy clutch.
No lube (opps?)
readjusted the pedal
Proper free play.
slave cyl has been bleed.
damn, didnt even think about using lube on that shaft.... Think thats it?
