it's really easy.... all you need is a flat head screw driver, a phillips, a hair dryer, and some time...
You need the hairdryer to heat up the seal, and the flat head to pry it open all the way around the headlight.. Be patient, this does take some time... also, you want the gray seal stuff to stay on the headlight, don't pull it off or throw it away... After you have the headlight open, you need the phillips head to unscrew the chrome inside piece... Be careful about fingerprints (they wouldn't look very good) also be careful cause this plastic is VERY fragile... Then once inside there you unscrew the orange pieces that you want to take out...
Now obviously you follow the steps backwards to put it back together... Be very THOROUGH when sealing the light... Use the hair dryer and the screw driver to make sure it is sealed all the way around... Otherwise you may end up with condensation inside the light after you wash your car....

Just what Silverleeh said, but you can also use the "oven trick" that's very easy. Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees, drop your headlights in there for roughly 5-7 minutes and once the factory adhesive is soft, you can pry the two pieces apart. Quite a number of people have used this method.
I also re-heated the headlights again prior to assembly to get the factory adhesive soft again, put them together, and put another bead of adhesive on it. I did mine 3 months ago and no condensation at all. Just take your time.
