Default Cleaning gutted EK

Couple of questions,

What is everyone using to clean the glue from the floorpan underneath the sound deadening? I cant seem to get it off...

Also, the autopower 4 point roll bars for EK's, do they bolt in or do you have to weld them? And how does everyone get them cut into a perfect hole in the rear quarter panels?

Thanks.

According the Autopower's website, it looks like the 4-point is bolt in. For installation I'm pretty sure I've seen more than one thread here. Just search.

The dry ice method is super easy buy a bunch of bags. Open them up and place the dry ice on the sound deading material. Wait 15 mins or so and use a hammer. It will come out real easy. Done this to 3 eks now

Do the rear bars just bolt into the hoop as well? or are they welded to the hoop?
