cleaning an engine harness..?
i am just starting a new project car right now.
i'm looking at the engine harness that is still present in the shell i'm working with
but its super dirty. there seems to be a caked in residue of some sort.
is there a proper way or best way to clean this gunk out?
i am afraid if i dont clean it, it might lead to problems later due to the fact that its so dirty. at the same time, i dont want to ruin it.. thanks

get some spray nine and a tooth brush. Clean a few inches at a time and then either spray it off with a hose or wipe it off with a rag.
