I've got a K&N clone on my cai and it's looking pretty black.... Can i just blast it with the hose or should I just replace it with another no name cone filter?

I soak mine in simple green, then wash out, then spray out, let dry, spray filter oil on there, let it sit for about an hour, then say screw it for nother 20 thousand miles
