Default Clean Lights

Here is my first actual question for you guys, I got a set of Altezza tail lights a couple years ago and as of now they're getting kinda dirty. I was wondering how I might clean them both inside and outside without killing them at the same time. I thought maybe dishwasher? yes? no? let me know if you have any ideas.
Thanks

leave em in your driveway to wait for the rain (maybe it will rain again next year) and for the meantime, slap your stocks back on.

Or, just donate them to any friend who really likes your lights.

Oh harsh, they're the best thing I got on my beast at the moment being broke and all. You'd think they're pretty pimp if you just gave them a chance I promise, lol. Any more ideas before I go and run them over?

Depending on what type they are, my friend has a set of altezas that are the all white type, meaning they are all clear, and he put a coat of candy red on top, this is very similar to the tails of a 99-00 civics. I am not sure that is what your looking for, maybe a pic would work better. Give us a pic.

Use warm water with dishsoap...
That, or Simple Green, or another "soft" cleaner of some sort.
Most cleaners will mess them up pretty bad.

Did any of you ever stop to think that maybe the kid likes his altezza lights? Though altezzas would never be found on my car, its all a matter of preference. So how about some of you take bauleys lead and actually give some good information. God forbid the kid isnt a jdm *****...

yeah seriously, i have a hella low post count so i will get equally flamed lol but that **** probably means alot to him and he likes it alot, if i had a civic i'd get 99-00 tails or keep the stock ones but maybe this dude likes his altezzas i remember on my neon one of the first things i got was RX300 style tail lights and i thought they were the coolest **** ever,

to the dude with the lights: you should post a pic or something so we can see how bad it is

How are you gonna try and say that he shouldn't be flamed then say this?

He got his ansewer, and he got flamed for having Tezzas sounds like everything worked out fine
