Default Clean cut for FMI?

Hey what do people use for cutting up the bumper for front mount intercoolers. I'm trying to get a clean cut. Don't wanna look ridged like half these cats on the streets.

i used a dremel. it worked great but you cant rush it or it gets to hat and starts to melt the plastic.

Mark your anticipated cuts with a dry erase marker first. Then you can visualize where it will be going first.

If your carefull you can use a heat gun and cut it with a utility knife or an xacto knife. I did that for a customer on his 99 accord foglights, just heat it from the unpainted side otherwise it will burn the paint

i dont know if i would want to use an exacto on the whole thing. maybe on parts like the fog lights but the hole middle section would really take some time. good idea though

I used a dremel and a sawzall for the bumper support, and an exacto knife for the plastic grill, takes a bit of hand muscle, but you can be a bit more accurate than with a dremel, just take your time.

I used a hacksaw to cut my grille for my fog lights. I will be using it again to cut my grille for my intercooler. I just sanded it down where it wasn't smooth. It took a while but blades are cheap and just make sure you get the roughest blades possible.

I used a dremil. The only thing I don't like about it how the plastic melts sometimes and gets wrapped around the shaft.
