Default Clarification on window/door seals

Have found a ton of info that varies greatly on this topic. I want to replace all the molding on the windows and doors of my 2000 2dr ex. Starting with the doors themselves, can I get some clarification if I'm ordering the correct parts? Door weatherstripping (72350-S03-003), sub seal (72365-S03-G01), window channel run (72275-S03-G01) and molding assembly (72450-S03-003). I know there are other plastic filler pieces and covers, but I just need the seals. Can anyone confirm that these are all of what I'd need?

I would be interested in this info as well. Thinking about doing it for my 99 4dr. Do you have to take the window glass out to replace all of these?
