Civic won't start after driving in rain help only crank..
Ok last night it was pouring rain, I was on my way home from work when I went up a hilly road and I thought I heard the engine choke, choke but it didn't hit me yet...this morning when I went to start it, all I heard was the crank, no engine turning.. the first time I cranked it I heard the engine turn a little bit then I stop then I cracked it again and this time it only cranked..so I pop my hook check my intake and removed it and then press down on my throttle line so they throttle open up and some water came out not much but some about half of ONE shot CUP... so I think water got into my motor, also if water was to go through the intake and into the throttle body and intake manifold what harm will this cause to my motor how do I remove the water?.? I have check the plugs and there are no water or feeling of dampness in them, sounds like I have no spark coming... I haven't check anything esle? what should I do now and is my motor still good or not? any help would be apprecitiated...
