Re: Civic vs Ford Lightning (Vap133)
That is a sweet hatchback. B18C5 swap if I recall. Gotta like the commentary...
In defense of the Lightning though, that was one **** poor run on his part. Those things will consistently run in the high 13's without so much as changing the air filter.

Re: Civic vs Ford Lightning (Chengster)
Thanks for the kind words If you watch the video again, the Lightning may have had a bad run BUT, *listen* to my car, I TOTALLY mis-shifted second gear..DOH!!
I'm hoping to have some nice runs this year. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll have some slicks, that should put me in 12's. Then I have ALOT of work going into my motor, involving JE 12.5:1 85mm pistons, golden eagle sleeves, eagle rods, portflow port & polish, ferrea .5 over valves, Toda or TWM Individual Throttle Bodies and Hondata and few little extras. I hoping to pound out some major horsepower and maybe, just maybe, dare I say it, hit 11's all motor

Yeah, that was a friend of mine talking in the video. Not my feelings toward the trucks. I think they kick ***.
