Default Civic starting question

I left my lights on a few days ago and the battery died. I charged it up and it cranked up just fine. I drove it for two days but when I went out this morning the car wont start. The electrical system seems to have plenty of juice. The radio runs the lights come on. The car, however, doesnt roll over. When I get home I am going to try to jump it off just in case. If that doesnt work does anyone have any suggestions to start looking at?
