Default civic si weight?
Hi,

How much does a '99-00 civic si weigh? also...what are some things you can take out/strip to save a few hundred pounds?

I am gessing around 2800-2900? I know they aren't light cars. But not as bad as your DSM. But then again you have torque...

they weigh 2620. strip, a/c, cf hood, power steering, seats. etc

When I weighed mine at the track with me in it, full interior, 1/2 tank gas, etc, it was 2710lbs. I weigh in at a whopping 150. You do the math.
