Default Civic Rear disk conversion Question???

OK i got a 99 hatchback dx. im tryin to do a rear disk brake conversion to it. i found another topic where it talked about all the stuff i might need, but my question is: What cars other than just an 99-00 Si or del sol can i get the conversion from? As well as again what do i need to do the conversion?
The reason im asking is becuase i have heard you can get the parts off of an integra.

Thanx

remember to get the ebrake cables from either the Si or a 2-dr teg.. the del sol or 4dr teg's will be either two short or too long.
