Default civic radiators

i got a 95 cx with d16z6... now my rad is messing up... i'm gonna be replacing it... i wanted to know.. i got a rad from a 94 LX for free which is single core... the one in my car is dual core.. would my car be fine with the LX rad... or would i have to buy another one? i can get a aluminum single core rad for $125CDN but i just wanna make sure before i spend the $$$

Yes the single core radiator will provide enough cooling for the D16.
