Default Civic Mods(If money was no object)

What I/H/E would make the most and best HP and Torque.
Price doesnt matter,I just wanna know what is best.

In my opinion the best header is Hytech and I am gonna get one.
Best intake is a AEM CAI,I have the type R one in silver but I scratched it all up yesterday because it rained and I had to quickly swap intakes.
I have no idea AT ALL what is the best or even good exhaust system.
I know I dont want a really loud one.TRM is out.
Let me know what you think.I ha a JDM4-1 Header but I sold it before I even put it on because I dont like how they look in a month or 2,And it isnt the BEST header.
Also what are the best Cams so I can drive my car everyday,SAFELY.
I have JDM ITR Cams now and soon they are going to be going out of my car.
Im thinking about Toda Bspec or Skunk2 Stage 2.

How exactly is the AEM CAI the best intake?

A good exhaust sys would be obviously something not restrictive (e.g. lose the resonators and minimal bends) of course you also lose comfort as in the muffler being pretty loud at that point, that also depends on what type of muffler you go with. I have a RS*R canister exhaust and noticed a bit more gain on the low end side but lost some top end. I also had a Fireball that gave great top end but was a little slugish on the low end. Combine the right type of exhaust header and a good intake (maybe like a Comptech air box, you basically get the best of both worlds, an open element foam filter with an enclosed box, bringing up the low end and mid range nicely) you should be good, just find a nice balance.

Also from what i've heard and from friends the JDM ITR header isn't that great for drag (if that's what you're into) from what I have seen it's made power up top maybe the header is more suitble or a road course where you rpms are constantly above 4000 rpm.

Dunno search around a little more, and it depends on what type of racing you want to focus on.

if money was no object I say forget the civic.. and get a Porsche GT2
=P
but honestly Todas spec b or C...Hytech header..and any intake.. man might as well go ITBs and build the engine =P.. but AEM should do fine..or the comptech box.. for an exhaust I would stick to RSR older design ..I have seen a few dynos comparing to other free flowing louder exhausts.. and the loss was minimal

Since money isn't an object how about ditch that B16A? The mods you're talking about like the HyTech header would cost more than your motor!

...And you know HyTech and SMSP both have exhuasts too if you contact them.

And finally:

If you're judging a header by how it looks you get a bog-old If that's a factor then you'll probably hate the SMSP and HyTech **** later on to.

I was thinking about the Icebox.I actually asked the guys at hytech and its 1300 for the full exhaust,Header and exhaust, but they said it is extremely loud with their exhaust.I have an open wheel well and I think my AEM is getting a little turbulence. It kind of jumps in and out of vtec when I am whaling in 3rd or 4th on the highway.
And finally, the reason I dont wanna throw my B16 in the garbage is because it only has about 2500o miles and is super clean.Besides with my motor stock and a short ram I ran a 14.7@92.75.A friend of mine had a 92 Si hatch with a GSR swap and a CAI and muffler and he was not as fast as I was.I just want to be solidly in the mid 12's all motor B16,and then I want to turbo a 94-2001 GSR,Build the motor, get some coilovers and drive it as a daily driver.
