Default Civic and integra hubs interchangeable?

Well the deal is that last week one of the wheel studs on my jdm dc2 integra sirg got all messed up and I need to change it. I was able to get the old stud out but wasnt able to get a new one in (didnt want to get the hub pressed JUST yet). Anyways my mate has a wrecked jdm eg8 civic lying around with no damage to the suspension, would I be able to get the hub from this and fit it to my integra? Are the sizes the same? Would it be a direct fit or would I need to do some other stuff? The reason I want this is obviously to not take my car to a shop and get the hub pressed out and quite possibly buy new bearings too.

Cheers

if u do that, ur front brake calipers gonna be smaller. the splines r the same i think. so if u swap just use the everyting with civic hub like brake calipers and all.

if the civic comes with the bigger sized brakes, like the ex ones than the hubs will just swap over! if the civic has the small brakes thats a no go due to the bigger rotor not able to fit over the hub.

Sorry but my "knowledge" of cars isnt that great there for I dont really know what the name of each part is called. Anyways, if I was to swap over the part pictured on the left here:

It would just bolt right up? Would this part be the same for my integra (dc2 jdm sir-g) and my mates ferio (eg8 jdm vti??). I just want to use this part (except for the rotors shown in the pic) and use the exisiting parts on my integra, it will work right?
