Civic instrument cluster
I'm going to replace my instument cluster with a si one. Do I need to take my steering wheel off to take out my cluster. Also will all the plugs fit together like stock without cutting anything.

Re: Civic instrument cluster (wdskuk)
You dont need to take off the steering wheel. The install is pretty easy, just have to get into small places. As far as the wires, they should fit, the only concern will be the tack and the speedometer, there the same so they will read differently while driving. ex. if you are really doing 50 the si cluster my indicate you are doing 65.

You need to take out 2 screws in the top of the surround. There are some clips on the bottom, and you can just pull the surround out. Once that is gone, there are 4 screws holding the acutal guage cluster in. Pop those out and then unplug it. It will plug and play into the SI cluster, and disreguard what he said ^^^. He apparently does not know what he is talking about.
