Here's the run down..

Started to follow it and came to a big problem.

The 2 wire IACV plug I have has the wires in the opposite spots that this thing shows they should be that is my first problem. (Which If I follow this with my plug doesn't cause any problems lol.)

The second problem is even if I followed this write up and had the right 2 wire plug it still has me wiring up my IACV backwards..

I started looking at all 99-00 civic and 00-01 integra diagrams and came to conclusion that this writeup would have me wiring up the IACV backwards from the OEM wiring..

I have attached a pic from the FSM of the IACV plug from a 99-00 civic.
It says that

Top Pin = BLK/BLU
Bottom Pin = YEL/BLK

If you read the write up it has you cut and spice the wires backwards..

Can anyone please confirm this with me.. If polarity doesn't matter on the IACV then I understand but then why do they call out wire colors on the write up?




Has anyone followed this writeup and still had issues with IACV?
