civic hx needs help

OK,
Apexi, Greddy,Fmax and Drag offer kits.
It is really a matter of opinion but you most of the time get what you pay.
go with the APEXI. It spools faster and pulls harder than the Greddy. It's ball bearing and it will last longer. The greddy 24 fmic is a better intercooler than the A'PEXi GT intercooler.
Prior to turbocharging it would be nice to switch your ignition to all MSD stuff like a 6BTM box, SS coil, new cap and wires. This will help the spark and "boost retard"(essential) Even if you start out at a low amount of boost, you will want to upgrade.
Do a search.

hey man whattup...i just turboed my hx like 3 weeks ago and i love it! i gotta work out my fuel setup better but boosting at 6psi right now is soo much fun.
im running the greddy setup for 92-95...with the small as fmic that goes with this kit, bov...etc... granted its not the best setup out there..but on a budget this does just fine.
good luck!

i would go turbo just like hxman says too...mainly cause i have not seen any type of supercharger able to mate to the intake manifold yet.
i think its easier to just turbo it since most of the parts off a 92-95 greddy kit will bolt straight up...and all u have to do is get a custom ehxuast put in or one from a EX.
or if u just want to run the downpipe of the turbo straight to the hx b-pipe it'll bolt up with no cat. thats how im running the setup now to my stock mid pipe..but my cat back is on the way.
at 6psi i don't think there is much of a diff only that supercharging i think once u mash the pedal its instant 6psi where as it'll take a little longer to spool the turbo to 6psi. but that can be remedied with opening up my exhaust.
also u should consider the costs, concidering there aren't many/any supercharged hx's it might be costing a arm and leg to mate the supercharger tothe hx.
wit the turbo all u need is to slap it on and ur good to go straight bolt up since it uses the same bolt patterns and placement as 92-95 civic.
so i would go turbo!
