Civic Ferio VI-RS to USDM Civic DX?
While doing some center console swap research, I happened to stumble across the Civic Ferio VI-RS center console. I instantly fell in love with it, it's looks so cool for the year and I haven't seen anything like it. I've sourced one for about USD$ 220 and I was wondering what I would need to swap it over to my USDM Civic DX Hatchback, or if it's even possible. I was already planning to do a 99-00 center console swap so if I could get this done instead I'd be estastic!

You need the pigtails for all the buttons. The Nav screen won't work. The "Auto" climate control won't work on a 96-98 unless you do a 99-00 retrofit, will partially work in a 99-00. It's not just a Vi-RS unit, it was an option for all JDM 6G Civics.

They look cool but they use completely different climate control sensors, so you would need the harness with the cabin temp sensors and a pretty in depth knowledge of the interior harness. There were a few sellers on ebay that sold thr controls with all the sensors
I've heard just a 99+ hvac control swap is about the hardest thing you can do on these cars, let alone a jdm swap to get a Japanese map of Tokyo from 1998 to work
