Civic Ex adjusting rpm

Civic Ex adjusting rpm
I just picked up a 2000 Civic EX and the rpm are a little low when the car is in drive. I know there is a screw on the throttle body which I turned already but it didnt realy do anything. Do I have to mess around with the throttle cable? I believe on my 93 I just turned the screw and it worked. I heard that the 2000 has an iacv that contols the rpm. Anyone know the correct way to raise the rpm? Thanks.

your rpm is low when the car is in drive?? u mean in gear but the car is still at idel, right?? anyways..only adjust your throttle cable only when it is a bit loose..also..u can try to clean your iacv with brake cleaner..
