Default Civic EK Guage Cluster Problems

Hey guys having some problems. I have just changed my guage cluster from a EK2 EL to a EK3 cluster. As Mine did not have a rev guage .

Any way, got the speedo and rev counter going. They both work fine, but the problem i have encounted is that the Fuel and Tempreture guage is not reading. The fuel says its full (When infact its nearly empty ) and the temp has not moved at all.

Ive had alook at the wiring and plugs seems to be fine, is there something ive missed?

Cheers for any help

PS ive done a search but couldnt find anything

Plug the old one in and if it works then the cluster might be messed up.

The same gauges didn't work? sounds like you have either sensor/sender or wiring issues.

Yer the original gauge didnt work like the fuel and temp didnt work. So im thinking it has to do with the sensor?
