Civic DXs doesn't come with power steering?

the 94 coupe that I wanted to buy apparently doesn't have power steering,do they come like this or did the guy forget to tell me something?can it be put in?is it hard?

Im not sure if the coupes came like that but my cousins 94 dx hatch came with power steering.

thanks man,hopefully the guy forgot to tell me that it's missing the belt or something,any dx coupe owners out there can tell me?

well i dont have power steering on my 93 coupe but its not bad at all to drive
