Icon2 Civic D16y7 Auto Throttle Body VS 5 Speed

I have a 98 civic d16y7 auto that needs a throttle body. I bought one online that is like new but I noticed the Denso number on the IACV says 52 which goes on the 5 Speed model. The automatic number says 54 on the IACV. My question is the whole throttle body different or just the IACV?

Quick question to you: Do you have them side by side to compare?

They're both the same IACV and all.
