i had a quick question. what other stock exhaust systems will fit a 99 00 civic coupe? i have heard that a stock integra exhaust will bolt up but i am not sure. thanks for your help.

Just about anything can be welded to fit your exhaust.

I've seen Rsx-s mufflers on 6th gens, and 07 si mufflers on 6th gens. I have a thread about OE exhausts.

although the advice you have been given is correct those mufflers are all b/s

es tuning makes a really nice stock looking muffler that will flow a lot better then any oem muffler

I'd like to know if there are any other OEM mufflers that would fit without modification.

And before it's suggested, I don't want an aftermarket muffler, no matter the price.

i was actually thinking about a GSR muffler and just painting it flat black or polishing it. im not real sure. i have thought about an ES oval for a while now but never really researched it. i will look into it though.

well living in CA land of the '50' import haters i can tell you they work in giving the effect that you want with out losing performance!

The 07 si muffler didn't look too hard to have put on.

it also has 2 1/4" piping.

ok that was hilarious...im pretty sure the 00 SI exhaust is the same cause i went to check out the Apex'I WS2 for my 00 EX Coupe and on Procivic.com the EX and SI have the same listing..so that might help?

The EM1 exhaust will fit and I think a GSR axle back will fit too w/o modification.

I'm guessing you want OEM b/c of the sound right?

I've heard that the ES Oval could be quite loud....

The ES Oval can be pretty loud if you have larger dia. piping with no resonator. I have 2.25 pipe w/ cat and resonator and it has a very nice tone. As long as you can pick up a RSX/GSR/Si stock muffler for less than 110 and wont have the "baffle" noise that some stock mufflers make when you have a larger dia pipe I say go for it.

youre right....it is entirely up to me. BUT, i wasnt asking peoples opinion on what kind of exhaust i should get, but which STOCK exhausts bolt directly up to my car.

but i understood the premise of the question just wanted to chip in with another option other then what you were talking about!

One of my buddies fitted a 00-01 ITR catback on his 99 Si. Perfect fit. All 94-01 Integras catback should fit.

RS/LS/GS/GSR all have the same part number too I believe. ITR has different part number, but same fitment.

now how about a 4 door integra exhaust? will that bolt up? the reason that i ask is because the last time i went to the local junkyard, there was a couple of four door integras. the pickings are pretty slim here in Tallahassee....
