Default civic b20 swap gsr transmission issue!

Specs:
1996 civic
B20b engine
Gsr transmission
Sachs clutch kit I believe

Daily driven but today I went to back out of a parking spot and heard a slight pop noise in reverse.
Put it in nuetral to switch to first gear and it wont go into any gear.
I have a clutch pedal and the slave cylinder is working.
if I shut it off it will go into any gear fine.
If I put it in first and start it up I hear a bad grinding noise but it will still move when releasing the clutch.
If it is in first making the noise and I drop it into the neutral the noise will immediately go away.

Any thoughts
Throwout bearing came apart?
Clutch spring?
Im.going to tear it apart but getting some ideas.

Yes fluids were perfect. Had a friend watch the slave cylinder it did move when I depressed the clutch pedal and it was new about 2000 miles ago. Clutch pedal feels the same with the car running and not running. No grinding when in neutral only when shut it off and start it up in any gear.
Before this started it shifted perfect did not grind or hard to get into gear

Yeah it was filled and no visible signs of external leaks.
Doing more research it seems maybe one of my clutch springs may have broken causing the grinding noise

That sachs clutch was probably a bad choice. Could be some broken clutch fingers or a busted clutch fork.
