Civic b16a2 power loss
Whats up honda fam
Here i am again with my engine issues.
I have a b16a2 currently on a p2p ecu now i had idle issues... i flushed my radiator fluid and it seems to be idling where it should be... it sometimes stays high at a red light... but thats it.. my issue now is
I do a burnout just fine but when i dump it on second gear, my gears go from 8k down to 4k then goes back up slowly
I tried an s300 tuned on hondata and it dies when i slam it in first gear... and also tried a few p28s ive had idle issues with most... still dies only when i shift to second gear during a burnout.. need to know what may be causing this.. someone said it is because i dont have at least 1 o2 sensor plugged in... others say it could be due to the converter below being clogged
It has a new clutch refurnished flywheel
My car drives like a dream on the streets and and highway daily driven but Again my car still idles weirdly with a stock p2p ecu but its yet the only ecu it can run okay on.. without idling like crazy..i cannot use a b16 ecu because that is obd2b and my harness is obd2a.. which is why i was given a bunch of chipped p28s any suggestions please?

I've already told you how to fix your problem.
Or take it to a tuner, and get it properly tuned with one of your random ECUs.
You're using the wrong ECU for the engine, and you're wondering why it doesn't run right? ECUs aren't "one size fits all". You can use an OBD2A to OBD2B adapter and use the correct OEM ECU, or you can use an OBD2A to OBD1 adapter, and use a chipped ECU of your choice.
Your CKF sensor wires are very obviously hanging there doing **** all. Wire the sensor properly, and plug it into the harness. It's a 2 pin connector down there, blu/red wht/red if memory serves correctly. You had to unplug it to remove the old engine. Get the proper ECU. Get rid of that aftermarket FPR, and get a stock unit. It also looks like you have an uncapped port on the back of your intake manifold - cap that.

I found that im leaking through one of my injectors slightly, you can see dry marks on it... also, my throttle body could be stuck... i rev it by hand and sometimes i have to force it back... by a bit... i have the correct ecu and basemap with same issue

I'm using an s300 ecu now. Bought it brand new. I rev it to launch control. And it slowly dies then picks up slowly and starts shifting strong.... is there a reason how this can happen, has anyone ever experienced this? If so what solved it...
