i just did a swap with a b16a 1st gen. all the wiring i switched to obd1 and have an obd1 distributor off a del sol dohc vtec, i also have the injectors off a 94 b18c. i havent wired in the 4 wire o2 sensor yet and was wondering if that would cause my car not to start. it turns over and all cylinders get spark but it doesnt run. timing is on key. one of my grounds is not to good. im going to change that. is there a ground behind the intake manifold? right now i only have 2 big engine grounds and my starter ground and a vtec ground? i have a 93 cx

Grounds is always a must and a big part of the car starting. Also turn the key to ON and listen for the fuel pump to kick on. The main relay could be acting up on you.

the feul pump is def working. i have 44 psi of pressure. ill check my grounds. so the o2 sensor not being hooked up wouldnt cause it not to start?

No, I didn't have mine hooked up when I did my swap (no 4-wire yet) and it starts runs and drives fine but with a CEL. Something else is up. Did you pull the plugs and check for fuel? Ground is the big one though, make sure all are on and good.

your running a 13.9 with i/h/e? anything done to the head? i was wondering what ill run with i/h/e and built head with 3 angle valve job, and type r internals? im running the cx chassis
