Default civic with b16a not performing right

ive got a 93 civic cx hatch with a b16a with a type r valve train. intake, header, 2.5 in exhaust, chipped p28 ecu, high flow cat, underdrive pulley, and an aem power pulley. Could my ignition timing be off? im running 52 psi of fuel at full throttle and 42 at idle. my timing is on acoording to the timing belt but with the chip and running a b18b distributor i wasnt sure if i needed to adjust that. the top hole is completly centered. im seriously considering selling the car, because the car is 800lbs lighter then my last civic that i had this motor in and the head has been rebuilt with a type r valve train, and three angle valve job, added the headers, and ACT Street/strip clutch, and i still cant pull the numbers i could before. i need some input bad!!!!!!!!!
