CIVIC 96-98 to a 99-00 conversion
ayo, this is ydOubleOnie...
well i heard that the fronts of a 96-98 and 99-00 are really different, i haven't compared them really, but they look the same to me. is there anyway that i can get the HONDA 00 bumper without having to change everything else?
and letz say i did change everything... wut would i need to change to convert it? about how much would it cost, and is it worth it? let me know. thanx.
pond.

you'll need the 99-00 bumper, grill, headlights, fenders and hood. they usually run a few hundred bucks. my 97 has a 00 civic si front end on it and it makes a hell of a difference. i probably would not have bought the car without it

no
no need at all to change the rad. support unless your worried about cutting to small cuts into the front bumper. otherwise everything fits fine.

There are better ways than cutting the bumper IMO *shrugs* It's his car.

Unfortunetly, I had to take the part where the intercooler sits. The sides of it are still there, but they probably wont help

You dont get pulled over for that? I had a s-10 back in my teen years and I had a bumper then bought a roll pan. Well I got pulled over and was told my truck was unsafe because I didnt have the rear impact bar. But I didnt get a ticket just a pig doing pig things I guess. That reminds me cops suck on petty *** ****.
