Default Civic 95 erratic idle - Video inside

Civic 95 D16Z9 engine auto trans, erratic idle.

Video:

Some background:
I have had a small leak from headgasket, which pushed some coolant into reservoir, and made the engine overheating a couple times, the temp gauge didn't went all the way to the red zone though.

Anyways, I've tried bar's leak headgasket and block repair additive. I've followed the instructions, which lead me to ran the engine with spark plug removed from engine, one at a time, for a couple of minutes.
After that procedure, I've noticed lots of heat came from behind the shifter area (probably from the exhaust pipe). I let the car sit for a while, and fired it up again. Since then, I have this erratic idle issue, which also causes the car bogging up a little, when accelerating from a standstill.

Now, I've solved the cooling system pressure issue with some other additive (I know it's not the best solution, it's only a temp fix until I have time to remove head and fix it the right way.)

I tried idling with eacv diconnected, same issue here.
I've cleaned throttle body and everything in that area, changed the fuel regulator, no change either.
Couldn't notice any vaccuum leak. Is there any areas which know for a good possibilty of vaccuum leak?

The car drives completly fine, long distances etc. The only problem Is that erratic idle issue.

Do you guys think it's a motor internals issue, or any other stuff?

Any advice will help!

Did you clean the IACV and FITV?

Did you bleed the cooling system?

Does your engine have an FITV? If so, did you also adjust it?

Yes, I adjusted it. If it was loose then the idle was high. The car idles pretty low and stalls all the time.

Did you then adjust the idle speed as per service manual?
