its fake, hoax, gimmic...DO NOT DO IT! Your dumb if you do.
The amount of electrical energy needed to make any sort of power gain worthy of performing is rediculous...something like 12 batteries for a decent gain (but not worth the weight/$)

a $30 electric supercharger would be like putting a battery powered fan blade in your intake................ it kinda works like a pedal wheelchair.... doesnt do much
