If you can do it, get a d15b (JDM) block, they have the thicker d16 rods, a better rod to stroke ratio (1.62), and bigger journals... however, there's a ton of stuff to keep in mind if you do that including the need for pistons that fit that combo etc (pin height is different, etc.). Edit: Actually the heads between the d16z6 and the d15B are the same, only the cams differ...
