Default city lights responsible for turbo blinker problem..

the previous owner of my civic installed city lights, and I am under the impression that one of the wires isn't grounding, hence the fast blinker problem. What are some key things to check?

the fast blinker occurs when there is a break in the fuse. I think you might have used the turn signal bulb wire instead of the fog wire... or check for short or again a bulb thats burnt out. Rememeber some bulbs use 2 filliments which means even though you have the lights on, the other filiment could be burnt out. just check it out

yes guys everything lights up. I know the problem is the right hand drive turn signal-city light but I just wanted to know if anyone had encountered this, or might have a solution?
