Default Chosen ECU

Hello.. MR Vtec out there..

I want asking which one after market Ecu suitable for engine JDM B18C1 not Type R

The standard P72 would do quite nicely.

If you need to tune the next suitable option would be to get an OBD-II to OBD-I conversion harness (if ur motor is OBD-II) and get a P28 ECU and have it chipped, there's a few chipping companies around H-T, they can probably do that and the P28 for ~$200. P28 only comes OBD-I.

Then when it's chipped you can load the .bin (image) of any basemap on there - so you'd wanna start off with the JDM B18C (GSR) basemap and then you can tune the fuel tables/ignition tables to your liking from there. Though it is recommended you get it dyno tuned - tuning on the street is possible (however not as effective).
