yeap, helms and honda are the same thing. Chilton's and haynes are great for basic ****, but they don't give you too much details on serious engine work. I barely found the torque specs when doing a head gasket on my bro's camry with one.

Same thing I was going to say. IF you are doing basic ****, then the Haynes or Chiltons will be great. If you want to get more in depth, Helms is the only way to go. I have both and I only use my Helms now
The best thing in my opinion is the wiring. The helms breks down wiring on one of the pages with wire color, ECU pinout # and what it does. The wiring in the Haynes is laughable...useful but very confusing. The Helms has the confusing (confusing to me) as well, but it also has the easy to use and read breakdown I mentioned before

Same here, except i wouldnt even recommend you wasting money on the Haynes or Chiltons because
a) so few pictures
b) instructions NOT detailed
c) torque specs hard to find
I have all three and those two suck a ******* ***. Dont even waste your money. If all you do is oil changes, still get the Helms.

Helms is really good although for electrical i like Chilton because they show it in "Spagetti" instead of plug style.
But thats just personal opinion. Also the helms doesnt say bolt headsize, only bolt and thread which is really good.
