Default Chipped or unchipped p28 ecu

Hey peepz, kinda new to this I always search and find the answer that i'm lookin for, but the search engine is down. So I recently placed a 96 ex engine in my 95 civic (4door) and i need a p28 ecu for it. Which way should i go chipped or unchipped. The car is a daily driver automatic. I'm planning to do some more mods to it in the future. I'm going to change it to manual and put headers and exhaust on it just for a little more kick. What should i do?

Thanks in advance.

Due to timing differences between the D16Z6 and the D16Y8 use a chipped P28.
