Default checklight po170 and p0172

i'm having these codes pop up every other day. it's always the same code. i know it's mean fuel trim malfunction and gas is running to rich. but my question is does anyone know how to fix it or had the same problem and fix it?

Fuel trim is adjusted based on O2 feedback. The question is, is the O2 sensor really bad or is it seeing a a/f mix so out of whack from some other sub-system, that you get this code? O2 sensors have a service interval in the 75-90k range and shorten with rich conditions.
