Then it's not the d15b7. That's the stock engine. Unfortunatly there's more than one SOHC vtec engine. It could be any one of those. Did you do the swap or have it done?

ok, to check your ecu codes you first need to locate your ecu. there will be a plug hanging down with nothing plugged into it. youre going to need a paper clip. with the car off, you have to stick the paper clip into the plug to ground out both sides. then turn you cars ignition to acc. and your check engine light will flash.
short flash=1, long flash=10. add them up and look up code.

Nobody can help because you aren't being very helpful. Try asking the original question again, but make it understandable. The only thing I've been able to make any sense of in this thread is "wires". Nothing else makes any sense. Sorry

Re: Checking Eng. Code for a 95 DX?? (JRI94)
OK well sorry if i wasent clear.... Basicly i need to check what code my ecu is throwin since my check engine light is coming on. Now everyone told me to check the plug hanging near the ecu, connect a paper clip to each terminal and it should flash the code. but the thing is mines a 3 wire plug instead of a 2 wire which is all ive been hearing about or seeing pics of. So since mines 3 which two wires to i connect to check the code? (if thats what i do to check it)
