Sorry I couldn't FIX your problem.. it was worth a shot though..

as a computer tech you learn to check the obvious.. so go back through your install to make sure everything is installed correctly and tightly..

i acn almost garuntee that you damaged your o2 sensor that is on your headers.. you can check to see what code it is throwing out by shorting out the green 2 wire connector above your ECU on the passenger side foot panel.. then come back and tell us what is is.. if its code 41 then its your o2 sensor cause i did the same thing to mine.. if you need more help understanding how to see what code it is, do a search or IM me cause i dont want to write it all out.. and you might know how to do it already..

Code 41 is just the 02 sensor.

Check to make sure they are plugged in correctly. (you'll hear a "click" when they're in)

I just had this same code /problem on a friends car, turns out one of the pins popped out on the o2 conector plug. So ya definitly check all conections and hopefully it's an easy fix.

OB I or OB II??..if its OBII there is a sensor in the header..right? and another behind the cat..in my car the installers put the O2 sensor infront of the cat. and my lite kept coming on..but its all better now..they moved it to where it belong d

sounds like o2 sensor.
here is how to check the code
To check the code, Take off the passenger side kick panel and look above your ECU (the metal box). find the green rubber housing
with a blue connector (looks like the end of a telephone cord). Get a piece of wire like a paperclip, and
bridge both connections. Now turn your key just before you have to start the car, watch your CEL and get the code.
If the CEL blinks fast, that stands for 1, 2, 3, etc. If it is a long blink, that stands for 10, 20, etc. The code
will recycle, just in case you don't get it the first time. also, there could be multiple codes.

i broke my o2 sensor during my swap. they aint cheap.
