Check Engine Light ON when pushing throttle or at high rpm .

Hello there guys .

I own a Civic EG 1992 model with B16A ported engine . Head upgrade with retainers and double springs . the block is stock . i have a big problem . when im pushing the throttle 100% before 3000rpm the check engine light comes on . the TPS and MAP sensors are okay and also checked . i thought it was knocking until i pushed the engine in a street race . the engine runs excelent until the 3rd gear at the 8100rpm . sometimes it comes on on the 3rd gear and sometimes when i pull the 4th gear comes on . does anybody have this problem too ?? there is anything i can check ? a solution please ???

3rd gear at 8100? I don't know your tire/tranny/FD setup but i would be willing to bet at that point you're pushing 100 mph if not more. jesus can you not do that and keep our streets a little safer before darwin's survival of the fittest devours you?
