check engine light...what can I do to fix code P1456?
got my check engine light check out threw code P1456...autozone said that the codes meant:
Evap~ Emission Control Sys~ Leak Detected
(gross Leak/No Flow)
Fuel Tank Temperature Sensor Circuit
Malfunction
what needs to be done to fix these?
btw this is for a 1999 honda civic dx bone stock.
any help is appreciated.

Make sure your fuel cap is tight and that it is the right one for the car. after that just check every thing and make sure there is no leaks in your fuel lines anywhere.

The way this code gets thrown is like this. The car will put the gas tank into a vacuume and whach it to see if it bleeds off. If it does then the computure will throw a code and turn your check engine light on.
