Default Check engine light issue

Got a 93 del sol SI and check engine light seems to come and go. When I drive for about 10-15 miles the check engine light comes on but when I turn the car off and turn it back the engine stays off but then again comes back on after 15 miles or so. So I tried to pull the code by jumping the connector with a paper clip but the engine light flashes ever 3-4 secs and does this over and over again.

could be something else but when my 93 si hatch did that I read it when the car was running like B swapped93 says to do and found it to be my O2 sensor. What I believe was going on is that the sensor may have not been bad in my case but the stock manifold was cracked throwing off the readings. The comp is programmed to ignore readings from certain sensors like the O2 right at startup and for a certain amount of time until engine is warmed up then starts taking info from those sensors. I went to change my O2 when that happened and found a cracked manifold changed everything and good as new. Hope this helps.

No it's like it flashes forever. There is no pause or fast flashes. It's just a random flash every 3-4 seconds.

Yea I was thinking it might be the 02 sensor too. But I'm also kind of having idle issues where it goes back n forth between 800-1200 rpms sometimes and also sometimes it hesitates when I try to accelerate.

I'm having an issue that is similar to the one posted above. I'm not able to distinguish a difference between the the long flash pauses and pauses in between the code/codes. Here is a video of my CEL code, any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
