check engine light code 3 obd2 00 ciivc boosted
just put in a turbonetics hybrid t3/4 on my 00 si, runns great untill the check enine light comes on and goes into protect mode. i looked up the code it says map sensor. so i bought a missing link to fix the problem, it did not fix it, the code comes on again, mostly after the engine get up to norm temp. . if i drive even in boost its ok untill it gets hot. if i drive at normal it comes on with no boost, mostly when i let off the gas. Is the odb1 code and the obd2 code the same? i do not think so. i have the obd2. please tell me what other problems would cause this. after this i will be golden. i have the VAFC2 with stock injectors. thanks for all and any help. missing links usually solve that problem. make sure it is installed correctly. it is basically a one way valve. make sure it is correct then go from there.
