Check Engine Light
Today i was racing my JDM d15B non vtec 92 civic at the track and my thrid run down i was comeing around to get my time slip and my car threw a CEL light and started to like bogg down i guess? almost like im running on 3cylinders. well i let it cool off for about and hour before i drove home, it was fine all the way home not CEL light, then i pulled in my mobile home park with speed bumps and i live all the way in the back and i pulled into my driveway and the came on. and when its at idle without the clutch pushed in the idle drops like its going to die but it dosent. any ideas???? HELP!?

Did you check what code it's throwing?

Even though it shut off, unless you reset the ECU (pulled battery terminal or cleared codes using an OBD scanner) they're in memory - do the method mentioned in that link and you can pull what they are.

okay i did the whole wire in plug thing and when i turned the power on it blinked 4 times kind fast, then it stopped for like 1 second and blinked 8 times, and ideas?
